We’re almost at the finish line! Just one more step before we hand over the keys to your new home!

Did you know…

This can be the most frustrating part for homeowners. The construction process is long and messy, although we do our best to ensure a clean jobsite and that trades respect the finished products...there are inevitabley touch ups that need to be made.
Since the walk-through and PDI take place just prior to hand-over, sometimes things creep into post-construction (ie. after you’ve moved in).

Usually its a new part order or sub-trade availablility that put us back during the Punch List phase.

Next up is the hand over!!!

Did you know…

This is the end of construction! If you’re here you are just about to move in.

Electrical Finishing is 3-10 Days for installation (depending on the designs), Plumbing finish is 2-4 days and the testing of HVAC should only take a day.

As with most of the finish stage; Material Damage and Customer Changes are 2 most common delays!

There are 2-4 trades involved in the process. The Electricians, the Plumbers and our HVAC trade.

This stage is where everything starts to look complete and the vision is finally being realized.

Cabinetry is 3-10 Days for installation (depending on the designs), Painting is 1-2 Weeks and the installation of handles and hardware is a few days.

As with most of the finish stage; Material Shortages and Customer Changes are 2 most common delays!

There are 2-4 trades involved in the process. The cabinetry team (who has their own complete build process!!), the painting crew and our finish carpenters.
