With the new bylaws in place allowing a larger shed to be built without a permit, you will see some bigger sheds being posted in the future.

Most municipalities have announced the new maximum size for a shed without requiring a building permit is 15sq/m or 161 sq/ft. 🥳 We will be seeing more and more customers taking advantage of this new bylaw going forward!
