With summer wrapping up and fall coming upon us it is a great time to get that new lawn installed. With over 350,000sqft a year completed by our team be rest assured that you are in the right hands.

$2 per sqft charge is a no surprise cost.
10% of to our first responders

Included in the $2 per sqft is

-Removal of weeds, old grass, dirt, debris or whatever you call your ugly lawn
-disposal of anything removed
-new material (sod and soil) as required
-levelling/grading (keeping the same grade)

If excavation and or an excessive amount of soil is required there could be a charge for that)

-Labour
-And warranty on the sod

A brochure with instructions on keeping the new beautiful lawn that way year after year with instructions and tips for watering, fertilizer, watering tips etc
