Another story from CTV. This story is interesting because they were specifically asked to waive the inspection. What I am afraid most people may not know is that even in a hot market, you can still get an inspection on your dream home. You don't have to make it a condition of your offer. You can still be competive. I know that it can get expen*sve. If you need to do multiple inspections, I will certainly take that into account. If you have questions, just ask!
