My name is Julian, I am a licensed G2 gas technician with 4 years in the HVAC trade servicing and installing heating & cooling equipment, water heaters, heat pumps, exhaust fans etc. My work is carried out with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism, always conforming to the Ontario gas code. Due to my high level of construction and renovation knowledge i have gathered over the years through various employment, as well as working with my dad who is now a retired general contractor, I’ve decided to incorporate this into my business. I have 3 years of concrete wall forming + finishing experience which allows me to produce high quality concrete projects, as well as concrete cutting for basement windows and doors. I am skilled in interior finishing such as drywall, paint, trim + finish carpentry etc, as well as larger renovation projects such as complete kitchen/bath renovations, fencing, decks, as well as complete legal basement apartment construction. Throughout my time living in the GTA and Peterborough, I have acquired a variety of trustworthy contacts that can complete jobs I don’t have the necessary skills for. This allows me to ensure all work performed is done properly, safely and looks great. I have access to an experienced engineer who produces drawings/plans for any permitted work, which details what would need to be done to conform to local building codes. This is particularly useful for customers looking to find out if a construction idea/rental unit can be carried out legally.
