Not sure where your septic tank is?

When a septic tank isn’t easy to locate, we can use a sewer camera and locator to find it without guessing or unnecessarily digging up your yard.

We run a camera through the sewer line from the house toward the septic tank. The camera head is equipped with a sonde, which sends out a signal that we can track from above ground with a specialized locator. This allows us to pinpoint the location and approximate depth of the line and septic tank. From here we can find the appropriate way to approach digging up the lids, whether this is with a shovel or an excavator, we are ready with both.

It’s a clean, accurate way to take the guesswork out of locating buried septic components.

Your septic tank isn’t a magical disappearing act—it fills up with sludge and solids over time. If it’s not pumped every 3–5 years, those solids can build up and make their way into your septic bed, leading to nasty backups, soggy lawns, expensive repairs, and a whole lot of regret.

Think of a septic pump out like an oil change for your vehicle: a little maintenance now helps avoid a major bill later. Regular pumping keeps your system running efficiently, protects your property, and helps extend the life of your septic system for years to come.

Don’t wait until your toilet starts making questionable life choices. Stay ahead of the mess and book your septic pump out before small problems turn into big ones.

🔴 Group Pump Outs 🔴

Did you know we do discounted rates for neighbours & large group pump outs?

If you book your septic tank pump out with a neighbour you both get a discounted rate!

If you book a large group pump out everybody gets a larger discounted rate!

Larger group pump outs often consist of multiple neighbours on the same road (or nearby roads) that get together to all get a pump out at the same time.

Call, text or email today for further details.

Flooded parking lot?

Routine catch basin pumping is important because it removes built-up debris, sediment, and waste that collect over time, preventing blockages in the drainage system. If not cleaned regularly, these materials can clog pipes, cause flooding, and reduce the basin’s ability to properly manage stormwater. Regular pumping also helps prevent foul odors.

Call us today to discuss your catch basin maintenance needs, as always for emergency parking lot flooding we have 7 day a week service to assist!
