Amanda doesn't like when I take her photo when painting usually and sometimes I sneak shots of her 🤭 but this was her and her husband's 10 year anniversary and I feel all these gorgeous shots of her happiness are worth sharing.
We've been working together now over the past few years and she is not only an incredibly skilled painter, but such a wonderful patient kind thoughtful person to know, and be around. That person you wish to be. She finds strength and the silver lining in all things but stays present with you in the hardest moments. I Love you Amanda! Thank you for coming into my life and helping me along so many projects. Cheers to you and Lane 🥂

Fitting small stuff makes it a bit financially easier when I've decided to catch up on appts, checking jobs, quotes, scheduling, and all the life stuff I let pile on when I'm busier with larger projects.

So I do appreciate the small jobs. This ended up being a larger plaster repair and I had to cut out quite a section of plaster as it had come away from the Lathe. But here is the before and after none the less :)

Crown molding plaster repair is layers upon tedious layers of mud work, along side sculpting and having the right bonding materials.
I don't always have the means to create a jig to form a plaster mould well enough to match. So sculpting it is. If anyone knows anyone who can craft a mould for plaster work, I'd love to connect with them for future plaster repairs such as this one. 😊

I had repaired and recpnstructedthis section of plaster and crown moulding 4 years ago.. I admit it's nice to be called upon to come back to this gorgeous heritage home in Millbrook... but it's dissapointing to have to repair it again so soon after due to a water leak. I'll post the repaired ceiling and crown when complete :)
