We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing & Office Coordinator to take ownership of our marketing and advertising initiatives while also supporting customer engagement, accounts receivable, and day-to-day office operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building brand awareness, creating engaging content, connecting with customers, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

This position is ideal for a confident, self-motivated individual who is comfortable with social media, eager to learn, and ready to take on real responsibility. The right person will be able to take direction, run with a project, make thoughtful decisions, and check in for input or feedback when needed. We are looking for someone who understands what they know, is willing to learn what they do not, and can keep projects moving forward without constant supervision.

This role will be approximately 75% marketing and advertising, 10% accounts receivable support, and 15% office and administrative support.

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a driving job — someone looking for a long-term, full-time position and who values being part of a strong, supportive team. What You’ll Do
· Complete daily customer deliveries using one of our International flatbed trucks equipped with a Moffett
· Safely transport and offload steel bundles and accessories
· Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
· Ensure delivery accuracy and attention to detail
· Work closely with our team to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements
· Valid AZ or DZ license
· Minimum 3 years of driving experience, noting what type of vehicles you have experience with and weights driven
