WE’RE HIRING — SNOW REMOVAL JOB FAIR!

Alpha Company Inc. is building our winter team and we’re looking for hardworking, reliable people ready to work this snow season.

📅 Friday , October 16th at 11:00 AM
📍 1930 Lansdowne St. West, Peterborough
💰 Starting at $22/HR
📄 Bring your resume!

We’re hiring FULL-TIME snow removal crew members AND backup/on-call workers, so we have lots of positions available for the upcoming winter season.

Experience is an asset, but it’s not everything. We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, learn quickly, work well with a team, and can be counted on when the snow starts falling.

Snow removal isn’t a regular 9–5. When the storm hits, we work—sometimes long hours, overnight, early mornings and weekends. We want people who understand that and are ready to be part of a solid crew.

If you’re serious about making some money this winter and want an opportunity to grow with Alpha Company Inc., come meet us October 16th at 11 AM.

Bring your resume, tell us about yourself and your experience, and let’s see if you’re a good fit for the Alpha team.

FULL-TIME & BACKUP POSITIONS AVAILABLE — STARTING AT $22/HR.

Please share! We have lots of spots to fill and are looking for some great people to join us this winter.

This weekend, we traded the job sites for the treetops!

We took the Alpha Company Inc. crew out to Treetop Trekking in Ganaraska Forest for a well-deserved team day. Running a great company isn’t just about the work we get done — it’s about building a strong team, having some fun together, and showing appreciation for the people who help make it happen.

A great day with an even better crew. Proud of the team we’re building at Alpha Company Inc.!

A little concrete recap from a recent project. The front entrance was worn out and definitely needed some attention. Christian, the owner of Alpha Company, took this one on and did a great job bringing it back to life. Clean, simple concrete work that made the whole front entrance look much better.

Another job completed for one of our great returning clients! We first started working on this property at the beginning of the year when our client had a backyard that had been neglected for quite some time and wasn’t getting the use it deserved. He hired Alpha Company Inc. to help turn it into a space he could actually enjoy, starting with a very large concrete patio that completely changed the backyard and finally gave him the opportunity to make the most of it this summer. After being happy with how everything turned out, he trusted Alpha again and brought us back this week to finish up the rear fence. Everything came together great, and it’s always rewarding to see a client’s property come together one project at a time!

Another project for Gary!

Nothing speaks louder than a happy customer — especially when they invite you back for another project!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Gary to transform his outdoor space, completing a large concrete patio along with new fencing. We’re proud to say we’re back at his property today, this time completing the rear portion of his fence.

Thank you, Gary, for continuing to trust Alpha Company Inc. with your property. We appreciate your business and look forward to bringing the next phase together!

Meet the people behind Alpha Company Inc.!

Hey Peterborough & Kawartha Lakes! We’re Christian and Jordyn Gravelle. We’re both 22, we’re high school sweethearts, and we wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves to the people who support our business.

I’m Christian. I’ve had a drive to work hard and earn my own way for as long as I can remember. A traditional path never felt like the right fit for me. I wanted to build something of my own, help people, and put the skills I’d learned to good use. I started working with concrete when I was 14, and it’s stuck with me ever since. There’s something special about stepping back at the end of a job and seeing what you’ve built for someone.

Jordyn is the people person of the two of us. She loves visiting job sites, chatting with homeowners, and getting to know the people we work for. She’ll go out of her way to make someone’s day a little better, and that care is a big part of what Alpha means to us.

Together, we’re building Alpha Company Inc. around hard work, honest service, and relationships that last beyond one job. Whether you’ve trusted us with your property already or you’re just getting to know us, thank you for being part of our journey.

We started Alpha back in 2021 by knocking on doors and offering window cleaning. Those first conversations with homeowners helped us build the business one customer at a time. Since then, we’ve grown well beyond window cleaning, and today Alpha Company Inc. offers:

• Property Maintenance
• Concrete & Patios
• Land Clearing
• Decks & Fences
• Excavation
• Landscape & Hardscape
• Snow Removal
• Retaining Walls

Thank you for supporting us. Every referral, kind word, and share helps our business grow, and we’re grateful for all of it.

To say thanks, **reshare this post and get $50 off your snow removal service with Alpha Company Inc.** Just let us know you shared it when you reach out for a quote. **Offer ends October 10, 2026.

We did this concrete patio & walkway in Peterborough Ontario this week! My client was lacking A proper outdoor space to host family & friends, with nothing but A dirt and grass area in the backyard. We transformed this space into a clean, durable concrete patio/walkway that gives them the perfect spot to enjoy. My client now enjoys the better use of there backyard space.

Another outdoor space brought to life by the
Alpha Team! 💪
