🎉 A BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE MAN HIMSELF — RICK MUNN! 🎉

Today we celebrate the guy who somehow manages to be an HVAC technician, problem solver, boss, mechanic, comedian, and professional headache-maker all in one package. 😂

Rick, you are one of those people who works hard, never seems to know when to slow down, and will help just about anyone who needs it. You’ve got a heart bigger than your stubbornness… although some days that’s a pretty close race! 😂

Life with you is never boring. There’s always a story, a laugh, a little bit of chaos, and usually somebody saying, “Rick… what are you doing now?” 🤦‍♀️😂

But underneath all the hard work and the smart-ass comments is a genuinely good man who cares deeply about the people around him. I’m grateful for all the memories, all the laughs, and even the occasional moments that make me question my life choices. 😂❤️

So here’s to another year, Rick! May your coffee be strong, your workdays be short, your customers be happy, and your knees, back and patience somehow survive another trip around the sun. 😂

Happy Birthday, Rick Munn! 🥳❤️
You’re one of a kind — and honestly, one is probably enough! 😂🎂

Wellllll… the HVAC team went out on a family call today! 😂

Turns out these two clowns can install windows too! 🪟🪟
Five windows installed, only seven more to go. At this rate, we may have to start calling ourselves VR FreshFlow Windows & HVAC… although I definitely wouldn’t call them for your windows. 😂 Let’s just say HVAC is definitely their specialty! 🤣

There was a little cussing, a little back talk, and A LOT of “Grampy! Grampy! Grampy!” calls today because Grampy had all four grands in his care. 😳😂

Tiffany got her share of the Auntie hugs and kisses, so between the chaos, the family bonding, and probably a few questionable installation techniques, I’d say it turned out to be a pretty good day! ❤️😂

And a big THANK YOU to Camellia for feeding the crew because apparently hard labour requires snacks… and lots of them! 🍔😂

5 windows down, 7 to go!
HVAC technicians by trade… apparently window installers by family necessity. 🤣

Thanks Uncle Scott Leslie for coming to help your brother Joe and his littles

Well, another day in the glamorous life of HVAC! 😂

First stop: cleaned an HRV in Oak Bay 🙂

Then off we went to pipe in a Panasonic ducted system, leak check it, evacuate it, AND install the control wire.

At this point, Rick and Tiffany were basically just collecting tools, fittings and responsibilities. 😂🔧

Another day, another few systems brought back to life… and somehow, we still made it home in one piece!

VR FreshFlow — keeping people comfortable while slowly destroying our knees, backs and patience. 😂❄️🔥

Well, another beautiful day in the life of an HVAC technician! 😂

A little cleaning, a couple more installs, and somehow Rick and Tiffany managed to leave the house this morning in a good mood… so clearly something went right! 🤣

One of today’s installs even came with a pretty beautiful view. 🌊☀️ Now THAT makes climbing ladders, hauling equipment and crawling into places humans were definitely not meant to crawl into a little more enjoyable!

But really, that’s what makes the long days worth it — a great view, a good laugh, and most importantly… happy customers! ❤️

Another day in the books for VR FreshFlow.
The equipment gets installed, the mess gets cleaned up, and somehow these two keep showing up again the next day. 😂

HVAC life… wouldn’t trade it!

Couple more installs in the books today! 🔧😂

The sun was shining, it was warm, the weather was actually pretty damn nice… so naturally Tiffany still found something to whine about and Rick still found something to bitch about. 🤣

But despite the fact that the only real obstacle today was each other, these two managed to get the installs done and GET ’ER DONE! 😂💪

There may have been some complaining… some attitude… and probably a few choice words that definitely won’t be making it into the customer invoice. 🤣

As Red Green says:
“If the women don’t find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.”

Well, folks… handsome is questionable, but handy? I’ll give ’em that! 😂🔨

Another couple installs done and another day proving that Rick can survive having Tiffany as an employee… and Tiffany can survive having Rick as a boss. 🤣

That’s teamwork, Maritime style! 🇨🇦

And of course our trusty favourite electricians showed up to add snarky comments snd dirty looks ….not really they are 2 great guys
