Estimates and quotations and pricing: Saffco will provide free estimates and firm quotations for larger jobs. Labour and material costs are standardized. Emergency service: Saffco provides emergency services. Rates for after hours emergency services are double the regular rate.

Phone is up and running at the new office on MacKay Street however voice mail and after hours lines still not working. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working with Bell to fix the problem.

Phone is down at the Round Lake Road office. We are waiting for Bell to transfer phone numbers to our new office at 955 Mackay Street. If you get a "number is not in service" message it is only temporary while Bell gets everything over to the new location. In the meantime you can still reach us by email at [email protected].
We hope this disruption to phone service won't last very long.

The Saffco office on Round Lake Road will be closed today at noon while we finish our move to the new office.
On Monday we will reopen at the new location at 955 Mackay Steet.
While there will be some disruption to telephone and email services we are doing our best to keep this to a minimum.

Job Type: full time
Saffco Electrical Heating & Plumbing is located in Pembroke, Ontario, serving the Ottawa Valley from Pembroke to Eganville, Deep River to Renfrew.
We are seeking a licensed plumber to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must:
• have experience in residential and commercial new construction, renovation and service
• have experience troubleshooting, threading, use of various drain clearing machines, drain camera and general repairs.
• be able to respond to occasional emergency after hours calls in the evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
• minimum 2 years experience
• a valid Plumber: Journeyperson 306A Certificate required
• valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
• WHMIS, Fall Arrest, Lift Training, Health & Safety Awareness
Compensation rate depending on experience and we offer a medical benefits plan.

UPDATE.

To All our Customers.

We just wanted to take a moment and let everybody know that we are closely monitoring the developing Covid-19 situation. The health of the public and our staff is of the utmost importance at this time.

As the services we offer are considered to be essential we are remaining open and will be evaluating the situation day by day. We have put extra sanitizing and cleaning measures in place to ensure the safety of everyone at Saffco and our customers.

Service Calls - Customers calling in for service will be asked if anyone in the home is sick or under self isolation. In those cases we will respond to emergency calls only, i.e. no heat, flooding, fire.

Bill Payments - We prefer to take credit card payments over the phone or you can mail a cheque. E-transfers are also available and you can contact our office for instructions on how to submit your payment. Customers who want to pay bills in person can still do so. At this time we would prefer debit and credit card payments and our debit machine is wiped down after every use.

The goal of the management and staff at Saffco is to help ensure the health and safety of all our employees, their families and our customers and will we do our best to continue to provide services with additional health and safety measures in place.
