Priceless Maintenance Inc. is looking to add to our team!
We are looking for an energetic, dependable and hardworking individual who enjoys working outdoors and isn’t afraid of a full day’s work.
🌿 What we’re looking for:
Must have a valid driver’s licence
Must be willing and able to work early mornings
Hours can vary depending on weather and workload, but are typically 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Must be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
Must be willing to perform a variety of property maintenance duties, including:
Lawn and property maintenance
Changing/emptying garbage receptacles
Watering flowers and planters
General outdoor maintenance and clean-up
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic
This is a physical, hands-on position, so we’re looking for someone who likes to stay busy and takes pride in a job well done.

Running a small business certainly comes with its share of challenges. There are long days, early mornings, unpredictable weather, equipment problems, tight schedules and plenty of moments when you wonder if you're getting it all right.
And then something like this happens. ❤️
Or a client sends us a kind email. We find a little thank-you card. Someone stops to tell our crew how great a property looks. A customer recommends us to a friend.
Those little moments remind us why we keep doing what we do.
And I can't say thank you without recognizing our TEAM. These awards belong to them too. They're the ones out there through the heat, rain, early mornings and snowstorms putting in the work day after day. Evan and I are incredibly thankful for the people who work alongside us and help represent Priceless Maintenance in our community.
We started this business in 2008 with a $200 push lawn mower that was given to us by my grandfather and seeing our name recognized among so many great local businesses is something we will never take for granted.

Happy Friday 🌻

It's been a little quiet on our page lately, but that certainly doesn't mean we've been slowing down!
The last few weeks have been some of our busiest of the season. Our crew has been hard at work keeping our lawn maintenance clients looking their best, along with tackling hedge trimming, beach clean ups, dismantling of old stone fireplaces and park clean up, brush/old vegetation clean up and even replacing paver stones on walkways. This customer did not want to redo the entire walkway or patios completely. So they opt to have us, just go in and do a personal replacement.

On top of serving our amazing clients, we've also been dedicating some of our time to giving back to our community through volunteer work the last 2 weeks. 🙋‍♀️
Community has always been important to us, and we're proud to lend a hand wherever we can.
Thank you to all of our wonderful clients for keeping us busy and trusting us with your properties. Your support allows us to continue doing what we love while also giving back to the community we call home.

To those that have reached out the last few days and maybe not heard back thank you for your patience we have been making our way through our list and I also have received a few messages that the details of the message were not clear. 💚 A Little TLC Goes a Long Way!
These garden beds had become overgrown with weeds, unwanted grasses, and tired mulch, hiding the beauty of the established plants beneath. But with a little hard work from our amazing crew, they were given a fresh new look! 💪🌸
The girls rolled up their sleeves and got to work: 🌱 Removing weeds and invasive grasses
🧤 Cleaning and redefining the garden beds
✂️ Tidying up around existing perennials and shrubs
🖤 Refreshing everything with a beautiful layer of black mulch
What a difference! The fresh mulch not only brightens up the space but also helps retain moisture and suppress future weeds. The existing plants can now truly shine, creating a clean, welcoming appearance for everyone who visits.
Sometimes, it doesn't take a complete overhaul to make a huge impact — just a little attention, care, and teamwork. ❤️🌿

There's something incredibly rewarding about bringing a landscape back to life. 💚 This property had beautiful bones, but years of overgrowth, weeds, and tired garden beds had hidden its true potential.
Last Friday we had the chance to work at this beautiful property to:
🌱 Removed dead vegetation and unwanted weeds in fkower gardens.
✂️ Trimmed and shaped some spruce trees
🪨 Defined and refreshed the garden bed edges
🛡️ Installed new landscape fabric
🖤 Added a fresh layer of rich black mulch to tie everything together

🌸 Downtown Pembroke is about to get a whole lot prettier! 🌸 The girls have been busy prepping and planting 40 beautiful planters for the PBIA Downtown Pembroke. 🌿🌺🌸
With over 400 plants carefully selected and arranged, we're excited to add a splash of colour and help brighten our community.
Even while we were planting, we were greeted with so many smiles, kind words, and compliments from people passing by. It was a wonderful reminder of how much these flowers mean to our community and how something as simple as a planter full of blooms can brighten someone's day. ❤️
A huge thank you to Sunset Nursery for providing these absolutely beautiful flowers. Their quality and variety have helped bring these planters to life, and we can't wait to watch them flourish throughout the season. 🌷🌼🌿

💜Thank you to the PBIA for allowing us to be part of the beautification program for Downtown.

🪴And we're not done yet!
Over the next week and a half, you'll see even more planters, hanging baskets, and floral displays making their way throughout downtown Pembroke. 🌺🍃 Keep an eye out as our streets continue to transform into a colourful celebration of summer. 🌞

🍪❤️ A Special Thank You ❤️🍪
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the students and staff of Fellowes High School's Culinary and Visual Arts programs for the thoughtful gift of homemade chocolate chip cookies and beautiful thank you tags we recently received as a thank you for participating in the co-op program.
The cookies were absolutely delicious — soft, fresh, and truly melt-in-your-mouth good! 🍪😋 Our crew thoroughly enjoyed them and greatly appreciated the kind gesture.
It's always rewarding to work alongside local students and help provide hands-on learning opportunities. Seeing the talent, creativity, and dedication that these students bring to their programs is inspiring.
Thank you again for your generosity and hard work, we are grateful to have been a part of supporting such a wonderful group of students.

🌿👏 Student Spotlight 👏🌿
As Logan's co-op placement with Priceless Maintenance begins to wind down, we wanted to take a moment to recognize all of his work.

Over the past several weeks, Logan has been gaining hands-on experience in gardening, landscaping, and property cleanups had our residential and commercial properties. From weeding and mulching to learning proper garden maintenance techniques and helping keep properties looking their best.
It's been great watching his confidence and skills grow as he learns more about the landscaping industry and what it takes to maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. We appreciate his positive attitude, and willingness to work at multiple tasks.
We wish Logan all the best in his future endeavors and are proud to have been part of his learning journey. Keep up the great work, Logan! 🌱🌞

🌿✨ What a Transformation! ✨🌿
Before and after 🌱🌻
At Priceless Maintenance, our team isn't just hardworking — we're creative, passionate, and committed to bringing properties back to life! This week Vicki and Ruby, took on the complete transformation of one of our commercial properties during some hot days. From start to finish, we completed this entire project in just 20 hours! 💪☀️
Our week included:
🌱 Weeding and garden clean-up
🌾 Cutting back and dividing ornamental grasses
📏 Edging all flower beds
🚚 Loading, unloading, and installing over:
• 1 yard of garden soil
• 298 bags of black mulch
• 89 perennial plants
The results speak for themselves! The rich black mulch beautifully highlights the vibrant colors of the new perennials, instantly boosting the property's curb appeal and creating a fresh, welcoming appearance.
This is one of the best times of year to refresh your gardens. Perennials are a fantastic investment, returning year after year and growing more beautiful with each season. 🌸🌿
Of course, no garden project is complete without meeting a few friendly visitors along the way! 🐸🐞
Long days, sore muscles, dirty hands, and plenty of sweat—but standing back and seeing the finished product makes every minute worth it. ❤️
