We’re putting the finishing touches on some massive glulam beams for an upcoming project with our friends . At 9,000 lbs, we pushed the forklift to its limits, and for the 12,000 lb monsters, we had to call in the crane.

It’s always rewarding to see a project come full circle.

Pictured is the Samahquam 8 house project, installed last summer using prefabricated panels produced locally in our factory.

Delivered in phases, each home achieved 5 days of on-site installation time, including prep and crane time.

We’re grateful to have been part of this exciting project!

We had a fantastic time last week unveiling the new 100-seat addition at Westview Elementary.

The BC Passive House team is incredibly proud to have been involved in prefabricating this addition. By utilizing a panelized system, this project went from breaking ground in Summer 2025 to completion by February 2026!

Beyond the rapid build speed, mass timber delivers a highly energy-efficient and resilient structure. Even better, the natural wood interiors create a warm, stress-reducing environment where students can thrive.
