Another drainage project completed in Pefferlaw.

This property was experiencing issues with its sump pump discharge, so we excavated a new drainage route, installed and protected the discharge line, and graded the trench to ensure proper water flow away from the foundation and toward the ditch.

To finish the project, we installed landscape fabric, applied fresh mulch around the home, backfilled and graded disturbed areas, and left the site ready for topsoil and grass seed.

The system has been tested and is working exactly as intended, moving water safely away from the home while leaving the property clean and ready for final restoration.

Today we're repairing a damaged section of sump pump discharge line for a local Pefferlaw homeowner. The existing line had failed underground, preventing water from being carried safely away from the foundation.

The repair involves exposing the damaged section/improper pipe, removing the failed pipe, correcting the drainage path, installing new proper piping to restore proper flow away from the home, then wrapping it all in 4inch pipe to protect those lines from crushing. They needed a cost affective fix that will last them for a long time and we provided that.

Proper sump pump drainage is critical for protecting foundations, preventing water intrusion, and reducing the risk of basement flooding.
