Was busy packaging fresh potatoes and cured garlic for the market in the wee hours of the morning. Mar-Wes Greenhouses has them at their pop up market at Northside Motorsports parking lot in Edson today from 11 - 4pm!! They have many other delicious veggies there as well!

We will have a bunch for sale at North side motorsports today with Mar-Wes Greenhouses! And they have many other delicious veggies to find there as well!!

We are harvesting it all this weekend to start curing it for sale later this fall. So if you’d like fresh uncured garlic now is the time!! Fresh garlic has a juicer and more mild taste than cured garlic 🧄 if you’d like to order some directly send me a message or go down to Mar-Wes Greenhouse’s pop-up market in Edson today!

Well, we got hit hard with the hailstorm yesterday and the crops are looking a little sketchy. We are hoping for a bounce back but things might take a little longer now to be ready and quantities might be a lot less. But we are hopeful and still moving forward.
