-Has a valid driver’s licence
-Shows up on time and works hard
-Wants to learn the trade (experience is a bonus, but not required)
-Works well with others and wants to be part of a solid crew
-Has a good attitude and takes pride in doing quality work

This is a great opportunity for someone green who wants to learn roofing the right way under an experienced crew and build real skills in a strong team environment.
