Grape year! This basket is from 1/10th of this vine. There're 3 more vines of this variety. This is the most loaded one. Good year for proper sized Asian pears as well. Im not sure why the Italian plums were not loaded this year, the yellow was. , pun joke.

Descaling and servicing on a Natural Gas tankless water heater. The descaling mixture starts fairly clear this is only after a few minutes into a 45/55 minute descaling.
Had to address a few other things on this visit to get this unit serving the home to the customers and my satisfaction.

This tankless water heater had missed few services. It needed a good tune up and descaling.If you have a tankless, water heater and it needs a service.Please call Island Folk Plumbing and Gas.
This unit had been installed and a recirculating pump added unfortunately, the installer had missed a few key Installment steps. One particular step would be telling the motherboard that there is a reciculating pump by changing the dipswitches. This unit was running 24 /7 the recirculating pipe was never getting satisfied.
