🏡 Project Update – South Nanaimo Custom Home 🏡

Excited to share progress on this incredible 4,000 sq. ft. custom home currently underway in South Nanaimo.

This project started with some challenging terrain and significant rock excavation, but our team has completed the foundation preparation and footing forms are now in place. Every step has been carefully planned and executed to ensure a solid foundation for this one-of-a-kind home.

It’s rewarding to watch this project take shape from the ground up. Quality starts long before the walls go up, and that’s where we focus our attention.

Another exciting project underway in the south end of Nanaimo.

We’ve officially started work on the foundation for this custom home build. Site prep is complete, footings are laid out, and the crew is getting ready to start forming. There’s nothing better than seeing a project come together from bare ground to the beginning of someone’s future home.
