On Friday, we celebrated an incredible milestone and recognized the retirement of an employee who dedicated 40 years of service to our company.
For four decades, your hard work, commitment, and experience helped shape who we are today. Through changing seasons, new owners, new challenges, and countless projects, your reliability and dedication never wavered. The knowledge you've shared and the example you've set have left a lasting impact on our team and our customers.
Forty years of service is a remarkable achievement and a testament to your character, work ethic, and loyalty.
On behalf of everyone here, thank you Russ for your contributions, your mentorship, and your friendship over the years. In my journey of moving to Ontario with my young family, you have truly been like a father to me and there's absolutely nothing I could offer to show my true gratitude. My sincerest thank you for your dedication to our team. We wish you nothing but happiness, good health, and plenty of time to enjoy this next chapter of life.
