Happy to help out such an incredible organization. The work they do to help improve daily life for those in our community is so meaningful. When their staff reached out to have their door painted I knew immediately that I wanted to try something fun and inviting.
Then I was told that the grant they received for the project only covered a portion of the cost and they needed to fundraise for the remaining cost.
I knew I couldn’t accept writing an invoice for such a small painting job & when I was given the green light to be creative and use some fun leftover paint from prior projects, It was just a matter of donating some time. Little did I know how joyful it would be to do this. Thank you for filling my heart and soul with the wonderful post of thanks below💛

This is the perfect example of why I do what I do.

This old building is so unbelievably charming. There’s history here in the old Clifford school & so many good things. Old hardwood floors that tell a story with every scratch and scar. I couldn’t help but rise to the challenge to revive and preserve some of that old soul.

Below is the colour design I used & a few photos capturing the impressive before and after I was able to achieve with a bucket of drywall mud, a pot of wall filler for the 1000+ nail holes, a pail of primer & 6 gallons of paint.

Disclaimer: no one was harmed during this production, except for a few bloody knuckles removing the most hideous adhesive disco ball backsplash….

Dont try this at home, hire your local expert 🙋🏼‍♀️
