Looking to join a hardworking crew with room to grow? We’re currently hiring for the following positions:

Foreman
💲 $34–$42/hour
✔️ 5–7 years experience required
✔️ Lead a crew of 2 labourers
✔️ Read & interpret construction documents
✔️ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to meet deadlines and keep projects on track
✔️ Positive, motivated attitude

Labourers
💲 $20–$30/hour
✔️ Construction experience an asset
✔️ Physically capable & dependable
✔️ Willing to learn and take courses/apprenticeship opportunities
✔️ Strong teamwork & communication skills

📍 Must be willing to drive to Oxbow and travel to site using company truck.

We’re looking for reliable, motivated people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a solid team.
