⚓️ Fair Winds to Our Showroom Neighbour! ⛴️

And just like that, our favourite winter neighbour is heading back to its summer home.
The MS Chi-Cheemaun is officially off for its summer sailing season!
It has been a pleasure having this iconic vessel parked right near our showroom on 1st Ave West for the colder months. We’re going to miss seeing it in the harbor, but we know it’s time to get back to work.
We want to wish the entire crew and all the travelers a safe, sunny, and incredibly smooth season out on the water. From all of us at Design Electrical, good luck on another successful year of connecting communities!
Fun fact it took just under 2 minutes for the boat to fully leave the dock and start moving forward. How cool!!

🎂 Birthday Triple Play! 🎂
Today marks our third and final Wednesday birthday of April, and we are closing out the month by celebrating Damon!
Since Damon is the undisputed "Cheesecake King" , we had to step up our game. We went with the second-best thing to his own creations: a delicious Easter Egg Cream Cheesecake from the talented team in Owen Sound! 🍰🐣
A big shout-out to Anthony for coordinating the treats and making sure we celebrated in style.

⚡️ Sunday / Drone Day: Part 2 🚁
Turns out Nathan got a little distracted with Drone Day again. He is officially convinced he’s found a practical use for the drone aside from videography...
He is now using it to walk his dog, Meeko! 🐕💨
The Sunday Report:
Pilot Skill: 4/10 (Something about moving in the right direction... we think).
Crash Count: 0. (A successful day by all accounts!) 🏆
Public Safety Risk: Still negligible—provided everybody stays indoors until further notice. 🏠
Meeko’s Satisfaction: 11/10. 🐾✨

Birthday Shoutout! 🎂
Believe it or not, we are in the middle of a triple-birthday marathon here at Design Electrical! We are officially hitting April Birthday 2 of 3.
Today, we want to wish a massive Happy Birthday to the great Nickolas! 🥳
In a show of total respect for his distinguished "elderly" status, we’ve decided to keep the specific number of candles a closely guarded secret.
However, we can reveal the party plans. Since Will set the bar high with cupcakes for the last birthday, we’ve decided to pivot for Nick’s "health kick" era.
This time around, we’re celebrating with Apples and Sparklers! 🍎✨ (Don't worry, the sparklers provide enough excitement to make up for the lack of frosting).
