Whether your old furnace is on its last legs or youβre heating a new space, Eric has a furnace that fits your home and your budget. https://crosemechanical.ca/furnaces/
Trane S9X2 Gas Furnace: Two stages of heat. Most of the time it runs on a gentle low setting, and it ramps up to full power when the real Grey-Bruce cold hits. Itβs steady, efficient and comes from one of the most reliable names in the business. A solid, no-fuss choice.
Daikin DM97MC Whole House Furnace: This one is top of the line. A regular furnace is either on or off. This one modulates, which means it adjusts its output in small steps to match exactly what your home needs. You get even temperatures room to room, quieter running and less wasted fuel.
Carrier Infinity Furnace: Carrierβs premium furnace. It has variable capacity and a modulating gas valve, so it fine-tunes the heat to whatever the weather is doing. Itβs also multipoise, so it can be installed in tight basements, crawl spaces and awkward spots where other units wonβt fit.
All three are high-efficiency units, around 95β97%+ AFUE. That means almost all the fuel you pay for goes into heating your home instead of going up the chimney.
Gas, propane or oil, Ericβs licensed team will size it right and install it to code. If youβre not ready to replace yet, they service all makes and models, including furnaces they didnβt install.
