WE’RE HIRING 2–3 LABOURER POSITIONS

2D Excavating Limited, in Outlook, Sk. is growing and we’re looking to add 2–3 hardworking, reliable labourers to our team.

If you’re someone who likes working outdoors, operating around heavy equipment, learning new skills, and being part of a good crew, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

🔹 Working alongside our crew to build and install center pivots
🔹 Pipeline labour and HDPE pipe fusion
🔹 Center pivot repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting
🔹 Fueling, greasing and maintaining equipment
🔹 General construction and excavation labour
🔹 Assisting equipment operators and other crew members
🔹 Loading, unloading and moving materials
🔹 General cleanup and jobsite maintenance
🔹 Other tasks required to keep projects moving safely and efficiently

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Hard-working and dependable
✅ Takes pride in doing the job right
✅ Willing to learn and take direction
✅ Works well with a team
✅ Comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment
✅ Able to work long days when required
✅ Valid driver's licence is an asset
✅ Construction, excavation, agriculture or irrigation experience is an asset but not required
