As a 43-year-old single father to two incredible sons, that moment was more than just a professional setback—it was a call to redefine what "work" meant for my family.
I’ve always believed in leading by example. I wanted to show my boys that when one door closes, you don't just wait for another to open, you build a new one yourself. This is how my role of a landscaping maintenance contractor was born.
