Before photos...we actually started scraping and uncovered a lot of rotting wood, but in this case, instead of replacing, we are able to preserve everything with special products. (that's the black stuff you can see on the railing)
Eventually it will need to be replaced but it's solid for a few more years!

This was my favourite home to work in! we did a lot of work here. I need to highlight the amazing plastering work was done by Frank Pooley of Pooley Plastering, The dust free plasterer. The hardwood floor was refinished by Frank Diaz of Buena Vista Flooring
