A message from Lacombe Masonry,
Recently, concerns regarding one of our projects have been shared publicly on social media. While we typically prefer to address client concern’s privately, we feel it’s important to clarify a few things.
Lacombe Masonry is a small, family operated business built on over 25years of masonry experience, hard work and dedication to quality craftsmanship.
Not every project comes without its challenges, and sometimes the conditions or scope of work turn out to be different from what was initially communicated.
The masonry work was completed with a final cleanup visit remaining. That cleanup was always part of the plan and was communicated to the client numerous times.
Like many tradespeople, we balance multiple projects, weather conditions, scheduling commitments, and family responsibilities. Thanksgiving long weekend, we took some well-deserved time off with family. While we understand that clients have expectations regarding timelines, a delay in scheduling a cleanup does not mean the job has been abandoned or that we have no intention of returning.
We welcome constructive feedback and opportunities to resolve concerns directly. What we don’t believe in is allowing social media to replace respectful communication or dictate our schedules.
