The TSH Development Group is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager (PM) – Light Commercial Division.
As we expand our Development and Construction vision, from new-construction single and multi-family residential to include urban light commercial, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior PM to lead from the front. We are looking to welcome someone with energy and leadership who can undertake development and construction management duties on complex, rural, and light commercial projects. This person will be responsible from the inception of projects through their completion: including planning and approvals processes, seeking estimates and costing, managing consultant and sub-trade contracts, and liaising with municipal officials. Activities will also include the oversight of construction activities to include maintaining and reporting on project scope, schedule, and costs.
Your background and experience.

You are likely someone who has been working in construction project management throughout the Ottawa area for 7-10 years. You are comfortable and confident within the construction industry and specifically in the rural and multi-family/light commercial realm. You’ve demonstrated a keen ability to manage projects within a timeline and a budget. You communicate well within a network of design team members, suppliers, sub-trade, and colleagues. You have made mistakes and learned from everyone; not deterred by challenges and keen to find a cost-effective solution to offer.
This role will allow you to seek greater leadership, work autonomously, and use your wisdom and experience to greater effect.
