Good Afternoon All.

We are looking for a Drywall Foreman to join our team! See details below;

Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of drywall installation - board/tape/sand/primecheck/final touchups/PDIs
- Allocate subcontractors to assigned job sites
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors at various job sites in the Ottawa & surrounding areas
- Interact and communicate with our customers staff and homeowners (after closing service calls)
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
- Inspections and Quality Control

Qualifications

- Previous experience in drywall installation and taping
- Previous experience in a site foreman position is preferred
- Basic knowledge of OneDrive & Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
- Strong communication and leadership qualities
- Be able to read construction drawings
- Be able to prepare on site measurements for drywall takeoffs
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bilingualism is an asset (English, French, Spanish)
- Must have a good standing drivers license and vehicle
