🕵️‍♂️New Feature | Security Requirements Checklist🕵️‍♂️

The security requirements checklist can be cumbersome to manage based on the large number of contracts in a department. The security personnel assigned to review and approve the line 14 of the SRCL must have a tool enabling them to from the application interact with procurement officers, departmental clients, and project officers to ensure that all projects and contracts in place meet the security requirements of the department.

The SiteSecure module SRCL enables you to track key information and communication between all parties including scope of works, work descriptions, contractor access requirements, and finally the security clauses.

The Site-Secure Personnel Security Screening now includes Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)
Open-source intelligence (OSINT) on the Web can contribute significantly to assess the individual’s reliability for an employer.
The Personnel Security Screening Module includes an information management tool that helps departments to record potential elements of concerns, guide an analyst to follow every step of the validation process and identify a risk level rating for all entries.
The Personnel Security Screening module supports six critical components for estimating the individual’s reliability:
(1) Record the web link(s) and the screen shot of the information to be assessed.
(2) Allow to identify a temporary risk level based upon the completion of the validation process.
(3) Record report(s), their objective assessment, interview(s), and historical accuracy of a particular source.
(4) Record such elements such as prior incidents, established facts, and ensure consistency of information with other independent reports.
(5) Rate their final risk assessment of reliability from the source itself.
(6) Record the recommendations impacting the reliability status of the individual.
