After providing reliable heating and cooling for 24 years, the old ICP system had reached the end of its service life and required replacement due to a cracked heat exchanger and safety concerns.

We installed a new high-efficiency Keeprite (ICP) system paired with a beautiful Honeywell T6 Wi-Fi thermostat and a Electro-Air Media Filter, proudly manufactured by a Canadian-owned company.

Another complete system upgrade focused on comfort, efficiency, reliability, and most importantly, safety. 🇨🇦

Out with the old, in with the new.

The old system had become unreliable, and the homeowner wanted improved comfort, airflow, efficiency and peace of mind.

We removed the existing equipment and installed a new high-efficiency system featuring updated duct transitions, a new gas line and shut-off valve, and Schedule 40 PVC venting with a concentric vent kit.
