Job Description

• General residential and commercial landscaping duties

• Tree Planting, plant material installs, mulching

• Site preparation; including rough grading, final grading

• Sod installation; grading topsoil

• Walkway installations; patio stones, pavers, slabs, full scope of work residential projects

• Must be able to supervise & motivate a crew of 5-10 people in a way that projects are being completed efficiently and profitably from planning stage through to completion. Responsible for safety of crew. Ability to safely train employees on safe working procedures with tools, equipment and vehicles

• Providing high quality service to all clients

• Maintenance and use of heavy equipment and company vehicles such as; skid steers, mini excavators, dump trucks and pickup trucks.

• Using a variety of hand tools and power tools such as; quick cuts, table saws, power sweepers, hand shovels, rakes, wheel barrels, power wheel barrel

• All duties described above shall be carried out following company safety policy regarding PPE and proper use/transport of equipment

Requirements

• Must have own means of daily transportation

• Must have valid drivers license to operate company vehicles, AZ license an asset

• Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude. Experience from the following jobs have transferable skills: general labourer, general laborer, laboring, labouring, warehouse, production associate, farming, shipping, roofing, etc.

Wages

Laborers $18-$21/ hour

Operators $21-$25/hour

Lead Hand $22-$25/hour

Foreman $24-$35/hour

All wages are based on experience and qualifications
