A: Once you approve the proposal, we provide scheduling guidance to give you an idea of when your project will begin. As we get closer to your project window, we will reach out to confirm your exact start date and our arrival time. On day one, our team arrives to set up a clean workspace and review the plan with you. While our painters work directly with you on-site to handle any day-to-day questions, Jimmy and Will remain available throughout the project to ensure everything is running smoothly. Once the work is complete, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our standards and your total satisfaction.
