This stucco home was refreshed by updating the front with Cedar Renditions premium aluminum siding and replacing the white soffit and fascia with a crisp black finish.

Seeing the transformation on the front shifted how the homeowners viewed the rest of their exterior, and they decided to move ahead with the rest of the home sooner than planned.

Sometimes one thoughtful update is all it takes to change the bigger picture.

The Friday before Christmas, a homeowner reached out after a windstorm blew siding off their gable. With snow and rain on the way, they were worried about the house being left exposed.
They had tried reaching out to a few companies and weren’t able to get anyone out before Christmas. We were able to come by quickly, assess the situation, and get things sealed back up before the weather moved in.
These photos show part of that process — making sure everything underneath was protected properly before closing it back up.
This is a good reminder that siding isn’t just about how a home looks. When it comes loose, it can leave parts of the house exposed that really shouldn’t be.

This house already had great bones and beautiful brickwork, but the small section of siding was ready for a refresh. We upgraded it to a sleek vertical black finish that feels modern yet still fits perfectly with the character of the home.
