Office Manager – Modern Eavestroughing (Ottawa/Gatineau)
Modern Eavestroughing is an established construction company looking for a bilingual Office Manager to take ownership of day-to-day office operations.
This is a high-responsibility role. We need someone organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities without constant direction.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations
• Handle calls, emails, and customer communication
• Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on invoices
• Process payroll (ADP experience is an asset)
• Coordinate with crews, sales team, and suppliers
• Manage supplier invoices and payments
• Assist with scheduling and job coordination
