Water management was a top priority for this project! 💧

Our clients had experienced repeated basement flooding due to poor grading in their backyard. To solve this, we regraded the entire property and installed multiple dry well tanks, each with a 50-gallon capacity. Surrounding the tanks, 3/4” clean stone creates additional void space to temporarily hold water, allowing it to safely wick into the subsoil—well away from the foundation.
