You will be working with a team of passionate and dedicated team members who will support you in a challenging yet rewarding job. Our Snow Removal Team is essential to keeping our job sites safe for customers.

We are seeking several reliable and hardworking applicants to join our winter crew. We are looking for team members to operate snow machinery such as loaders, backhoes, tractors, plow trucks, sidewalk plow tractors, and to shovel snow.

This position is weather dependent and you must be available 24/7.

We cannot provide a set schedule but we can provide:
- Guaranteed hours (depending on availability)
- Competitive wages with excellent career growth potential
- Benefits available after 3 months of employment

The start date for this position is November 15th and it will run until April 15th.
Dedicated and reliable individuals will be considered for full-time landscape maintenance employment following the winter season.

Responsibilities include:
- Open availability for on-call work (24/7)
- Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
- Motivation, dedication and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Operate snow machines and/or shovel snow

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of snow equipment
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Clean and valid full G Driver’s license

Experience operating equipment is an asset, but we are always willing to train the right candidates.

We are urgently seeking a reliable, punctual and hardworking applicant to join our exterior property maintenance crew.

Responsibilities include:
- Driving in a company vehicle to multiple job sites.
- Cleaning litter, sweeping cigarette butts.
- Emptying garbage bins.
- Audits and daily reports of properties.
- Ensuring properties are clean and tidy from all debris.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must have a clean and valid full G driver's license.
- Personal transportation required to and from the shop.
- All tools and supplies will be supplied by the company.

Experience is an asset, but we are always willing to train the right candidates.

This is a full-time OVERNIGHT position. Shifts start at 7:00PM until approximately 3AM. Shift days vary each week, full week availability needed (Monday-Sunday).

Our renovation team does a wide variety of jobs that the applicant will assist with:

-Vinyl Flooring
-Shower and tub installation

-Drywall

Qualifications:
-Ability to deal with clients on a professional level.
