•We noticed damage to your chimney or brickwork
•We can fix it today for a discounted cash price

From there, the situation escalates quickly:

•High-pressure sales tactics
•Requests for large upfront payments
•Little to no paperwork
•Work completed too quickly or improperly

Or worse — no work completed at all
