Dave is recognized with this Driven Core Value Coin because he consistently shows up, takes ownership and gets things done. He carries a lot of the day-to-day responsibility within his team, and with the support and respect of those around him, he keeps things moving.
Dave brings an old-school work ethic, much like what Tomlinson was built on. He is always willing to share his passion and perspective, and he still trusts his paper pad and pen more than any system we could give him.
Dave is a man of his word, and that means something. When the pressure is on, people trust him because they know he will find a way to get the job done.
In operations support, there is an unwritten rule: you know when your day starts, but you do not always know when it will end. Dave demonstrates that level of commitment every day, and it is something his teammates have seen firsthand.
