Being Driven means being self-motivated, working hard, and being willing to go above and beyond, not just once, but all the time, and especially when it matters most. Flora Xiao doesn't just meet that standard. She sets it.
Flora is someone who takes real pride in her work. She holds herself to a high standard and delivers, even in the toughest, highest-pressure situations. That's what makes her someone this whole team can count on. She's got a knack for spotting problems early and dealing with them before they turn into something bigger, which keeps everything running smoothly.
Flora also does one of the hardest parts of being Driven. She gives her time and knowledge to help the people around her, and she takes on the jobs that aren't glamorous but still need to get done. She picks up extra work without being asked and puts in the extra hours to make sure nothing gets missed and nothing fails.
On top of all that, she brings a good attitude and you can always rely on her. Her drive to solve problems, look out for her teammates, and get the job done right makes her a big part of why this team succeeds.
