Introducing Giatec 360™: Unifying Concrete Data from Mix Design to Jobsite.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve shared what it’s like when your concrete data lives in too many places. Today, at NRMCA’s ConcreteWorks 2026, Giatec is introducing the solution.
Giatec 360 is a connected platform that brings SmartMix™, MixPilot™, and SmartRock® into a single system of record. Your QC managers, plant operators, dispatchers, and field teams see the same live picture, helping you:
- Refine mix designs and reduce cement overdesign
- Catch slump or strength deviations before a load is rejected
- Connect with the batching, dispatch, and business systems you already use
We are also previewing Batch CoPilot™, the first AI product built natively on Giatec 360. It gives plant operators real-time guidance on water and admixture adjustments during batching, helping you meet spec on the first attempt.
