✨ Complete Home Flooring & Custom Staircase Renovation ✨
This project included the installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring throughout the living room, dining room, family room, hallway, and all bedrooms.
The staircase was completely customized using the same flooring. Each stair tread was heat-bent to create a seamless bullnose (nosing), with custom returns on every open end for a clean, finished appearance. The result is the look of solid hardwood with the durability and low maintenance of luxury vinyl.
To complete the renovation, custom railings were installed featuring colour-matched wood posts and handrails, complemented by modern black iron spindles for a timeless finish.
As a finishing touch, flush-mount floor vents were installed with luxury vinyl plank inserts, creating a clean, integrated look that blends beautifully with the surrounding flooring.
