☀️ Project Spotlight: Brunswick House First Nation – Elder Complex

We're proud to have delivered a 27 kW DC / 20 kW AC net metering solar system for the Brunswick House First Nation Elder Complex, generating an estimated 33,095 kWh of clean energy in its first year.

☀️🏓 BREAKING: Team JAZZ Solar Solutions has officially adopted Pickleball as our team sport.
We came, we saw, we (mostly) hit the ball over the net. A few highlights from our inaugural session at 6ix Pickle:

🏓Multiple teammates playing in full jeans, because apparently "business casual" extends to the court now
🏓One player rocking a fedora and collared shirt, bringing serious main character energy to the non-volley zone
🏓A solid chunk of the team scouting from the sidelines on their phones, which we're generously calling "film study"
🏓Several balls absolutely launched into the wall like they personally delayed a solar permit
🏓At least one person discovering they have a forehand mid-game, development in real time

Final score: irrelevant. We had fun, we rented out a full court, and morale (and a couple of knees) took a hit in the best way.

⚡ COMMUNITY ENERGY UPDATE ⚡

As part of the final milestone of our Capacity Building Project with Moose Cree First Nation, we hosted a Solar Bingo Community Energy Engagement Event on June 19th.

Thank you to Community Energy Champion Brooke McLeod for leading the Solar Bingo and to everyone who joined us for a fun and engaging discussion about community energy and solar power.

Honoured to be speaking today at the Treaty 3 Energy Symposium! 🌿⚡

JAZZ will be presenting on the First Nation Community Energy Initiative, a project close to our heart that's about more than just power. It's about energy sovereignty, economic self-determination, and building a cleaner, stronger future for our communities.

So grateful for the opportunity to share this work and connect with so many passionate people doing incredible things across Treaty 3 territory.
