A big thank you to Israa Rose for hosting a gentle yoga session at Green Corners on August 20th. It was a wonderful, peaceful evening on the farm, and we loved having everyone here.

Directed by kids. Starring kids.

Our littlest garden-goers (ages 4 and under) are always free and don’t need a ticket.
Everyone 5 and up needs a ticket (available online).

More than 20 different varieties of flowers for your kids (and kids at heart) to ooh and ahh over. Sunflowers, zinnias, omphrena, amaranth, and so many more!

🌸 The summer flower u-pick is open! 🌸

Come pick your own bouquet or wander through the sunflower field and garden. Just a short drive from Ottawa, we have 20,000 sunflowers blooming each week as well as a garden full of more than 25+ varieties of zinnias, gomphrena, amaranth, and many more!

Don’t worry about bringing your garden tools, we provide everything you need to pick your flowers, including clippers and pails. Once you’re done, we’ll wrap up your flowers so they’re ready to take home. We don't provide vases but you're welcome to bring your own!

Let's hear from Maggie, one of our employees on her experience working on the flower u-pick farm.

Hi, I'm Maggie, and I help out with social media, translate stuff into French, and take pictures around the farm. When I'm not doing that, I'm outside weeding, deadheading, or planting. I've always loved gardening so working at a flower farm is a natural extension of that. My favourite part of the job is meeting so many new people who love flowers just as much as we do here at Green Corners.

Bonjour, je m'appelle Maggie. Je m'occupe de nos réseaux sociaux, je traduis des contenus en français et je prends des photos à la ferme. Quand je ne fais pas cela, je suis dehors pour désherber, retirer les fleurs fanées ou faire des plantations. J'ai toujours adoré le jardinage ; travailler dans une ferme florale s'inscrit donc tout naturellement dans cette passion. Ce que je préfère dans ce métier, c'est de rencontrer autant de nouvelles personnes qui aiment les fleurs tout autant que nous, ici chez Green Corners.

This nature, outdoor, and animal enthusiast is in her first year at Dalhousie for biology. Pictured here with her favourite flower, the sunflower, which perfectly compliments the sunshine she brings to the farm everyday.

Every week, 20,000 sunflowers will reach peak bloom. This ensures different sections of the field are always at their best for your photos and bouquets. Available now until first frost, usually late September into October.
