Meet Glaiza Cortez! 👋

As our Dispatch & Service Manager, Glaiza plays an important role in keeping our service operations running smoothly, from the moment a customer reaches out to the final follow-up after a service call.

She coordinates incoming service requests, schedules and dispatches technicians, keeps work orders updated, communicates appointment and arrival details, and makes sure customers stay informed along the way.

Her calm, organized approach helps keep both our customers and technicians supported, even on the busiest days.

One of Glaiza’s favourite parts of the job is helping customers and working alongside an amazing team. She also appreciates being part of a company with supportive leadership that values its employees and customers.

Outside of work, Glaiza is a proud mom of four who loves spending time with her family, learning about technology and continuing to grow personally and professionally.

A new heat pump rebate program is on the way for Canadian homeowners!
