Bottom step repair with a new cosmetic look all around just on the face of the steps and walls, will be using a different product on the walking areas. The darker spots are thick spots that we patched and fixed so it will take a few days to all even out to the same color. The method we use is different from parging, parging could last up to 5 years or more but could also fail in the first winter. We pe*****te the existing concrete as long as they are structurally sound with a type of cement, bonding agent and our method that is used worldwide commercially on big projects. Instead of adding layers of cement and having the possibility of water build up behind the parging material which causes it to fail overtime and freeze and then crack or pop out. Our method pe*****tes the existing concrete up to 5-10mm, kinda like staining wood, which will last longer and is stronger than the original parge method.
