Remembering Stefan Wenek: A True Legend.
Stefan was larger than life. A devoted father, a talented artist, a professional skateboarder, a sponsored fisherman, and a man who gave his all to every challenge he faced. Those of us lucky enough to know him witnessed his generosity, creativity, and relentless spirit every day.
Stefan’s journey was extraordinary. From performing on a halfpipe in Saudi Arabia for a prince, to hosting fishing shows, to mastering the physically demanding work of ironworking in his late 40s, Stefan embraced life fully. He never shied away from hard work, and his heart, humor, and passion left a lasting mark on everyone he met.
He fought courageously against an aggressive form of brain cancer, facing multiple surgeries and unimaginable challenges with grace and determination. Supported by family, friends, co-workers, and partners throughout his fight, Stefan ultimately passed away last year, leaving a profound void in our lives.
The Corfix team is raising funds to support Stefan’s children and give them an unforgettable Christmas as they continue to navigate life without him. Though Stefan is gone, his spirit, artistry, and kindness live on. Legends never die.
