Active Automated Doors, an Ottawa based Automated Door services organization with an established customer base and 25+ years of experience in the services industry is currently seeking an Administrative Clerk.
Administrative Clerk Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain a weekly payroll for employees
• Perform bookkeeping functions on a daily basis using financial software (accounts receivable, accounts payable, month end balancing, financial reports and collections ect…
• Maintain an accurate invoice system using prescribed software.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Answer the telephone, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
• Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
• Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Provide information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Work Hours & Benefits
• 35 Hours a week (9:00-4:00)
• Salary range: $40,000 - $55,000 Annual salary will be based on experience
• 3 Weeks vacation (1 week for Xmas holidays – 2 weeks during the year)
