Dialing in a V-shaker profile using ramp in and ramp out to keep the entry clean and eliminate tear-out. Sharp cornering added after the main toolpath to get those crisp inside corner. Small details like this are what separate average doors from premium ones.

A quick time-lapse of the CNC cutting shaker doors. Nothing fancy, just clean cuts, good toolpaths, and everything running like it should. Always satisfying seeing a full sheet go from raw to a clean nested layout with barely any waste. This is where the consistency comes from.
