What I appreciate most about these reviews is that they go beyond just the doors themselves. They mention the craftsmanship, consistency, attention to detail, turnaround time, and customer service, all things I care deeply about.

When I started TrueCore, my goal was simple: build the best MDF doors I possibly can. I’m constantly looking for ways to improve the machining, profiles, sanding, finishing, materials, and overall experience for the cabinet shops we work with.

I’m pretty passionate about it, probably more than I need to be sometimes 😂, but I genuinely want every door that leaves the shop to be something I’m proud to put the TrueCore name on.

This custom profile is all about the details.

Using a 90° V-bit, we cut a clean bevel that separates the style from the rails, while also adding the same bevel detail to both the inside and exterior profiles.

Set the toolpath. Set the profile. Hit start. The CNC does the rest.

Once the design is programmed in the software, the machine simply follows the instructions — every line, curve, depth and movement is already mapped out in the toolpath.

This arched raised-bead profile is a great example of what CNC machining can do. The detail is in the programming, and the machine’s job is to follow the orders with precision, cut after cut.

From software to finished MDF door — the toolpath is what brings the design to life.

New machine in the shop! 👀

We just added this edge sander to our TrueCore production line, and the goal is to take a big portion of the manual edge sanding out of our HDF door process.

It’s designed to smooth the edges coming straight off the CNC and round over those sharp ¾” corners.

Now it’s time to put it to work and see what it can do!
