Len was introduced to the South Okanagan and more specifically Osoyoos, while building Watermark Beach Resort as a contract with Darwin Construction. Len and his family fell in love with Osoyoos and decided to call it their home. Len has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and has experience in residential, commercial and institutional projects. Len has coordinated many different jobs from small fix ups to complex multi-million dollar projects. He also has a keen eye for both layout and interior design and has either designed or assisted in the design of many projects. Through the years Len has taken numerous construction courses and attended seminars whenever possible, earning his Gold Seal designation as a Project Manager through the Canadian Construction Association in 2007. This designation is awarded to those people in the industry with a high level of construction knowledge, management skill and ethical business practices. From personal and professional experience Len's goal is and always will be to provide the highest quality service and product to every client. Len's experience innovation and commitment to quality has helped to position McLean construction as one of the most well known contracting companies in the South Okanagan.
