A wall was removed to enlarge the bathroom and 2 closets were combined to make one large closet creating a new space to be envied. The transition from the dual-sink vanity—featuring sleek white cabinetry and a salt-and-pepper quartz countertop—to the expansive walk-in shower creates a seamless flow of sophisticated textures. The use of large-format Calacatta porcelain tiling on the walls provides a bright, airy backdrop that perfectly complements the geometric interest of the hexagonal mosaic shower floor. Condos need love too ! Our Homeowner lives in a condo and wanted something better than what the builder had installed. We started by updating the flooring to a waterproof luxury vinyl that would withstand the test of time and look great doing it. Custom, Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry was then installed, followed by beautiful quartz countertops and backsplash and undercabinet lighting. This condo kitchen is definitely very beautiful!

Amazing......Naturally ! - Our homeowner needed a kitchen update and removing a loadbearing support wall between the kitchen and Family room was essential to create the open concept feel they were looking for. Once the new beam was in, we proceeded to the installation of new Luxury Vinyl flooring followed by custom stained Alderwood, narrow rail cabinetry. Quartz countertops and backsplash, as well as Custom island with waterfall ends really added to the look. The addition of pendants over the island, potlights and undercabinet lighting provided the final touches that make this kitchen shine!

Oh My Gosh…. Spectacular !
Our homeowners work very hard and were tired of coming home to their very dated kitchen. It was definitely time to give them something they could be very proud of for years to come. We modified the entrance to the servery area to make it more inclusive to the kitchen area and gave it new purpose to house an amazing fridge. New engineered hardwood flooring in a blonde colour was then laid throughout the main floor, followed by custom, Canadian manufactured Cabinetry finished in Benjamin Moore “Chantilly Lace” with a complimentary island in Ebony. Deluxe Cambria countertops and backsplash in the premium Inverness Platinum colour tied it all together. New layout, lighting, placement and ambiance make this new space truly spectacular!

Major Upgrade! - It was time for a major upgrade from an older kitchen in this home to reflect more closely the customers lifestyle. Creature comforts such as a built in coffee maker, new high output ice maker, beverage fridge, prep sink, built in fridge and dishwasher, etc. all figured into the new design. We started by installing new 24 x 48 porcelain floor tiles, followed by new, Benjamin Moore painted, Canadian Manufactured cabinetry. New quartz countertops and backsplash were then added to elevate the clean, minimalistic look. We also used wood accents to create some additional interest in the new space as well as a new display/ storage area beside the table. The end result is a new level of beautiful!

Ahhh, that’s much better ! - Our homeowner had a support wall between the old kitchen and family room and was seeking something that was more open concept. moving the kitchen to the other end of the room and putting a support beam in to open the wall up was just the ticket. New engineered wood flooring was installed, followed by custom, Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry. Beautiful quartz countertops were then added and a subway tile to complete the look. Curves are back ! - Our homeowner wanted a more open plan kitchen and one that made better use of the excellent backyard views. Our solution was to allow the island to flow with the shape of the space and to transition the island into a built in eating area that capitalized on the panoramic view of the backyard. We used Benjamin Moore "White Dove" painted custom cabinetry with the island in a complimentary "Ebony" colour. Cambria "Inverness Platinum" quartz was also used which is very unique due to its embossed surface that you can feel the veining when you run your hands across it, very cool! The end result is striking and one our homeowners will enjoy for many years to come!

Cool is the rule ! - Our homeowner started with a compact original kitchen in an older bungalow that really needed an update. We also eliminated arched doorways that bought this area up to speed quickly. We added a new Luxury vinyl floor and custom, Benjamin painted cabinetry followed by a new Quartz countertop. Simply the Best! - We started with a VERY small kitchen and separate dining room area and the homeowner agreed it would be a great idea to open the whole space up to accomodate a larger kitchen. We started by installing a loadbearing beam where the wall was separating the kitchen from the dining room. New, Luxury Vinyl flooring was then installed throughout the main floor, followed by custom, Benjamin Moore painted, Canadian made cabinetry. The large island was topped with Cambria, Lakedale quartz which we also put on the backsplash areas to complete the look. The end result is dramatic and a complete change from where we started. The Art of Kitchen ! - Our homeowners approached us to open up their main floor to create a more unified space. 4 structural beams later, we now have a large open space to put a large kitchen into. New plank flooring was installed followed by beautiful Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry and expansive island. Quartz countertops and backsplash were utilized as well as a Large Decorative hood to add some focus. Just what the Doctor ordered !

Our homeowners are both professionals with discerning tastes and they needed a beautiful kitchen to match their beautiful home. We had just the remedy to cure their kitchen situation. We started with revising their floorplan and making many improvements to the layout for better functionality. New plank flooring was installed and stained to match the style and colour of other wood flooring already existing in their home. This was followed by new Benjamin Moore painted custom cabinetry in the customers chosen colours with Silestone Ethereal Noctis quartz countertops and backsplash to create a stunning effect. Appliances received matching cabinetry panelling to create a more uniform effect, and minimize their wonderful size! The end result is surely a cure for what ails you!

Great Taste ! -This is the second Classic kitchen for our restaurateur homeowner and they knew what they wanted, which was an eclectic look which matched their diverse and well travelled tastes. We started by removing the old kitchen which separated the two areas with a solid peninsula preventing direct movement from the kitchen to the table area and laid out things in a more efficient and people friendly way. We then installed custom, Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry and Luxury vinyl flooring for a maintenance free, warm wood look. Quartz countertops, better lighting and 3d Porcilain backsplash completed the look. The mix of materials and colours really makes this kitchen unique and something to enjoy for many years to come!

Our client had a dark kitchen that was very popular back in the day, however times change and it was time for something brighter and more airy, with better functionality. We started by removing bulkheads and changing out the flooring to a modern, 24x24 porcelain tile. A Real Trendsetter !

Our customer had a builders bleached oak kitchen with corner drywalled pantry that was very popular back in the day, not so much now. We started by removing bulkheads, the drywalled pantry and making the space ready for luxury vinyl flooring which extended to different rooms on the main floor. Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry was then installed using the narrow rail door style for a minimalist look with complimentary rift cut oak cabinetry on the island. New quartz countertops were then installed followed by a mosaic "chevron" styled backsplash and floating shelves. The finished kitchen is truly a night and day change and a look that will be current for many years to come!

A day at the Spa!

Our customer had a very dated bathroom with a makeup area separated by a wall. We reorganized the ensuite layout and removed the separator wall to the makeup area to create a unified space. We then installed a large custom shower enclosure complete with bench and niches for soap and shampoo storage. new vanities were also installed with custom quartz countertops and a tall storage cabinet for towels and toiletries. We got the fire ! Our homeowner came to us with an older backsplit bungalow with 3 traditionally divided rooms which they wanted to unify into one large kitchen and family room space. After removing all the walls and bulkheads we were able to put new plank flooring throughout the new open space. We then installed new, Benjamin Moore painted custom cabinetry complete with custom island and 3 sided electric fireplace in the island followed by stunning Cambria quartz countertops in the "Portrush" colour. Smartly Dressed ! - Our homeowner did a major renovation and needed a kitchen that was matching the look and feel of the open concept space it was going to be in. Benjamin Moore Painted Cabinetry was selected with colour accents used to highlight features. Quartz countertops were used throughout and a second prep sink makes the island more functional as a second work space. The large exhaust hood is appropriate for the beautiful commercial style stove it is stationed above. 12 x 24 backsplash completes the look and the prep sink on the island makes food preparation a breeze. The dapper look of this kitchen really makes it perfect to live and entertain in!

Tiny to Terrific! - Our homeowner approached us with a very small builder kitchen occupying a large space. Our suggestion was to integrate the seating area into a large island to use the kitchen space more effectively. We started with the removal of bulkheads, installation of more and better lighting and reorganization of the work triangle. New engineered wood flooring was laid, followed by custom, Benjamin Moore painted HDF cabinetry in the kitchen and the custom fireplace area. Mission Impossible….Possible!

We were asked by our homeowner to convert what seemed like a small kitchen and dining room area into one large kitchen. The problem was the structural wall separating the two rooms. We proposed removing the structural wall and replacing it with a steel beam that would carry the load of the second floor and which would allow us to unify the space. After loadbearing work was complete, new wood plank flooring was installed throughout, followed by new Canadian made, Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry. Beautiful Quartz countertops were then installed and a handmade look tile was applied to the backsplash. Look at the before pictures where we started, quite a difference!

Less is More! - Our homeowner has a good sized kitchen but needed a more current layout that flowed better and allowed them to entertain guests easily. We reorganized the appliances and floorplan, starting with 12 x 24 porcilain tiled floor. New wood cabinetry was custom finished in a stunning "Coffee" glazed colour and complimented with beautiful quartz countertops. A deck mounted pot filler faucet was also installed to make cooking tasks easier and a new geometric backsplash was installed to tie it all together. Great Galley Kitchen Reno! - We love kitchens of all sizes and when our homeowner asked us for something brighter and more airy than what they currently had, we were up for the task. We started with removal of the old kitchen and existing bulkheads to provide a taller, more open feel to the kitchen. We then installed a new luxury vinyl floor and new custom painted cabinetry in the customers colour choice "Calm". This was followed with new quartz countertops and a snappy light grey patterned backsplash tile to tie it all together. Undercabinet and in-cabinet lighting also helped to brighten the space. Stunning Transformation! - It was time to replace the kitchen and our homeowner wanted to make a statement with a bright and airy new space. What a difference! - Our customer approached us needing to replace a dark kitchen which had an issue with a large bulkhead the builder left right in the middle of the kitchen ceiling. We started by correcting that, followed by a beautiful new polished porcilain floor. Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry was then installed with stunning Cambria Quartz countertops throughout. Take it all out! - Among the list of improvements that our homeowner had in mind was a double loadbearing wall removal. The unusual existing upper floor design of the home made this one of the most challenging stuctural revisions in our company's history, but we rose to the task. Open the walls to create a large living space connected to the kitchen. After the structural revisions were complete, New Benjamin Moore painted Cabinetry was installed, complete with custom made and tiled hood to create a focal point. The custom coffee bar with floating wood shelving adds a unique and unifying touch to the space. The new space is both airy and incredible!

Our homeowners approached us to update the look and increase the functionality of their space, and we were happy to help! we started by removing existing cabinetry and builder bulkheads and installing a beautiful high gloss porcilain floor. New, Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry was installed, followed by stunning Cambria quartz countertops. Layout of the cabinetry and lighting were also revised to improve functionality as was the layout of the servery area. Subway tile was then installed to complete the look. Love the high ceiling look! - Our customer approached us looking for a way to update and modernize their old kitchen, which had served them well, but just wasn't up to todays standards, functionality or looks. We started with removing the builder installed bulkheads to fully utilize the height of their main floor. New porcilain tile was laid in a 12 x 24 pattern followed by custom, Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry. and drywall finished, a beautiful porcelain tile was laid as the foundation

then installed, in the Britannica Colour followed by a complimentary subway
tile backsplash to complete the look. We also attached some pictures to show

What's old is new again! - This charming century home is steeped in Oshawa's history, but it needed a facelift that would bring it up to speed for todays living. We removed the tired cabinets and corrected the sagging legacy beam, in order pave the way for a new, fresh look in the kitchen, which was more in keeping with the homeowners lifestyle. New porcilain floors were laid and new shaker style cabinetry were installed, finished with custom Benjamin Moore "Oxford White" paint. A Rolling Stone gathers no Moss! - Our homeowners have a love of all the bands and the music of days past, but they also share a love of new experiences and opportunities, which brings us to this amazing new open concept kitchen space we created for them in their home. This home had the traditional separate kitchen and dining room spaces which in most homes get underutilized. By joining both these spaces into one with the removal of a bearing wall separating the two, both space can now be used on a daily basis while giving the homeowner much more elbow room to entertain and prepare meals! We started with custom Benjamin Moore painted cabinetry and lovely quartz countertop surfaces. Luxury vinyl flooring was used throughout the main floor to add the softness and warmth of wood while maintaining an easy clean surface that does a great job of resisting wear in high traffic areas. A complimentary blue island really makes a statement, while the 3D textured backsplash really finishes things off nicely. Gold accents were also used to make things pop a little as well. The end result is really a beautiful transformation and one our homeowners will enjoy for many years to come!

Quarantining in Style!! - 2020 has been quite a year, but one made a little easier with an amazing new kitchen! We started with a separate kitchen and dining room space, divided by a supporting wall. The goal was to unify the two spaces and create a much larger kitchen, one that really reflected the homeowners tastes and provided a much more comfortable space to cook, entertain and just spend quality time in. Following the loadbearing beam installation, we installed new porcilain flooring in the grey tones and Benjamin Moore painted Cabinetry and stunning quartz countertops with a Marble-look glass backsplash. A Countertop mounted pot filler makes the cooking work a little easier too! Our homeowners can now rest easy that they have a wonderful kitchen space to "stay at home" in!
